Hello

It’s been a while since my last update. So let me catch you up on what’s been happening.

The  ‘About’ section of my Linkedin profile includes the following:

“My career spans stage and studio work in the music industry, demanding educational roles, and competitive junior league football—each shaping my understanding of peak performance.

As a Performance Consultant, I specialise in habit-change strategies that help individuals and teams excel in creative and competitive fields alike. My approach bridges artistry, sport, and business, equipping clients to perform at their best under pressure.”

For some time, I’ve been wanting to bring all those threads of experience together into something structured, scalable and sustainable. That “something” is now Voros Performance.

So, I now work under two distinct, but complementary banners:

  • The Voros Collective (creative collaborations, musical projects, and my long-standing platform at georgvoros.com)
  • Voros Performance (consulting, coaching, and performance strategies at vorosperformance.co.uk)

While building Voros Performance, The Collective had to take a bit of a back seat. It’s been three months since launch, and I’m excited to say things are moving in the right direction. It feels good to see the pieces come together.

This also means I can now put more energy back into both projects. And on that note, I’m thrilled to share that the Intercontinental Man EP will be ready for release by the beginning of November 2025. The new mixes and mastering of the four album tracks are sounding very cool and I can’t wait for you to hear them!

A special shout-out goes to Quinton Hoffmann. A former student of mine, now based in Cape Town, who happens to be a brilliant branding and web expert. Quinton has been instrumental in helping me pull everything together, including designing the front cover of Intercontinental Man. I’m truly grateful for his support.

If you’re curious about the new direction, I’d love you to take a look at vorosperformance.co.uk. And if you see something there that could help you or your organisation/company, don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’d be happy to chat.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for bearing with me during the quiet patch. Exciting times ahead, and I look forward to sharing more with you soon.

Georg
