Core focus and benefits

This workshop is very hands-on and everybody gets to interact and learn how to apply the principles with ease. You will discover simple problem solving techniques via thought provoking exercises, that will immediately point you in a fresher direction that with a little effort, can be positively maintained after the course. As part of your workshop fee you will receive Georg's unique book 'Creating... performance excellence' and further supportive material to take home with you..

The workshop material draws from 'Creating... performance excellence' and is validated by factual experience. Georg didn't simply ‘lift’ the content from other sources because he thought it would make him look good with the hope of gaining credibility. His approach and philosophy to everything offered in this focused workshop is if something has not worked for him, then he doesn't want to tell you about it. This is not to say if anything has been omitted that you may be aware of, or something missing that might be relevant, that it doesn't’t work.  It’s just that either this hasn't’t resonated with Georg, or it may be something he personally hasn't discovered.  Furthermore, he sincerely believes that the most valuable information he can offer another person is that which he has personally experienced, and enriched his life and career.  By obeying this rule, he can then offer the advice without any guilt, or subject himself to the inevitable embarrassment of not knowing his 'stuff' when questioned.

For his 'Creative Life Performance Tools' workshop, Georg has compiled what he considers to be the most important factors to help you discover your hidden performance potential, regardless of whatever field of work you are involve yourself in. And in order to achieve fantastic results in all areas of life that require your performance potential, you need to adhere to a very basic process.

This process is known as RPD and based on three main components:

Research ► Practice ► Delivery

The above three components lead from one to the next in the order you see them and cannot be inter-changed. This RPD 'process of performance' is a primary focus in the workshop, alongside all the necessary tools required to make it work effectively. In other words, the process cannot work without using the tools, and the tools won't work without employing them within the framework of the process. By correctly applying this process and the performance tools in your life, you can expect to:

• Experience greater clarity in everything that you do

• Organize yourself more effectively

• Achieve more in a shorter space of time

• Approach important tasks in a more methodical manner

• Learn how to stay focused

• Develop a more positive outlook in general

• Become more efficient in your career

• Gain clearer understanding of yourself

• Focus on your financial situation with a sharper focus

• Develop more passion for whatever you do

Too good to be true? There is nothing magical about the content in this workshop - merely sound common sense coupled with proven methods to help you achieve more in life.
